MERCURY RX ENDS TOMORROW!!!!!! And OCTOBER STARTS TOMORROW!!!
The temperature has been dropping and I am living for it. I’ve been feeling very still and frozen, but the crisp air revived me. Tis the season for a bouquet of sharp pencils, Nora Ephron films and Samhain (more on that soon).
I had pulled some cards from my Witches Tarot deck for myself. I felt lost and unsure of how I felt. New notebook in hand, I had WANTED to journal my feelings…but I wasn’t even sure what they were.
I sat and stared for a longggg time. Too exhausted and too….silent to really write I got another idea and went with it. Thought it may be a tarot prompt you’d enjoy.
Each card had keywords and ideas/instinctual energy I observed and sat with it for a minute. Took some deep breaths, played some music and began:
For each card, I simply drew lines and shapes that I identified feeling with that word. Such as an up arrow to distinguish I want my purpose in certain areas to be found and to uplift me.
As you can see, each card brought different instinctual feelings. I felt like I got out some things, but also didn’t have to push it either.
